The logo on this hat was originally called: "the Packout 23" It is the first drawing that I did completely on the iPad. I used my Dun horse "Buster" as a reference. It has since been renamed "The Buster". He was my main ride from high school on. He passed away in 2023. I wanted to honor him with this logo. I found countless sheds while working with him, chasing cows and also hunting and riding. This image is dear to me because it also features the mule deer sheds that are known as "WES". The day Buster and I found WES is still one of my greatest memories in the hills. These sheds helped shape and inspire our brand, and are what the majority of our mule deer logos are based off of. They are also the biggest sheds I have found to date. I dearly miss Buster but I created many fond memories with that Horse. Westrek was born in the saddle while spending many days with him in the Mountains, Hills, and Deserts of Utah and Nevada!
